Though we cannot always guarantee the lowest prices, we will always strive to do our best. All sales are considered final, however, we’ll always work to find a solution to any problems with the products. That could mean anything from doing gunsmithing work, to helping send a product back to the manufacturer. We want to make your experience with us a fantastic one. Service and Warranties offered by Manufacturers

Most manufacturers of firearms, accessories and other packaged products have their own warranty, return, and service policies. Please refer to owner’s manuals and manufacturer’s websites for specifics detailing any defect of products bought through us before attempting to return a product directly to us.

Ammunition Sales

Ammunition will not be eligible for any type of return. Due to liability and risk factors, ammunition sold in store or online will not be eligible for any type of return under any circumstances. Please take note of this policy when purchasing ammunition.

Apparel

Though our apparel usually fits true to size, mistakes happen. If we send you the wrong size, or you receive the item and it does not fit like it should, feel free to return it to us. Buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges but will be eligible to receive the product refund after it has been accepted by us and proven to be in proper resalable condition. Refunds can take anywhere from 2 to 14 days after issuing, depending on your method of payment.

Refund and Return Exceptions

In rare occasions, returns and refunds will be accepted only with approval from upper management. Parabellum Plus LLC reserves the right to refuse any return or refund attempt, and any payments for products or services is still the responsibility of the purchaser.
